    Biography

    Astrid Thams is the Commercial Managing Director of Hexagon Cup, leading commercial strategy and marketing since 2024. With 15 years’ experience in international sport, she has held key roles at Real Madrid, Adidas and Fanatics, contributing to UEFA Euro 2020, the NFL London Games and NBA Paris Games. Born in Madrid, she has lived and worked in the United Kingdom, France and Germany. A passionate padel player, she supports women’s development, inclusion and diversity in sport. Astrid Thams
