Biography
Tyler represents the next generation of real estate entrepreneurs. With over a decade of experience across acquisitions, ground-up development, and asset management, he has built and operated projects across multiple asset classes with a focus on long-term value creation. A University of Miami alumnus, Tyler is the Managing Partner of Aventura Asset Management, where he oversees a diversified real estate portfolio valued at approximately $1 billion, operating at the intersection of capital markets, development, and execution. He also serves as Chief Investment Officer of Ace Padel, where he is leading the rollout of four premier locations across the United States in 2026 and 2027.Sessions
