    Biography

    Saidja Drentje is a Partner at CAA Portas in Dubai, leading the global racket sports practice. A former leader at McKinsey, Mercer, and the Laureus Award-winning Magic Bus India Foundation, he founded Club Padel Dubai. He advises ministries, federations, investors, and developers on sports strategy and major events, and authors market studies. He holds an MBA (Honors) from Columbia Business School.
