Biography

Michel Gogniat is the managing director of the International Padel Cluster, co-organizer of this Summit. With 25+ years leading international sports brands, he pioneered Babolat's padel equipment line as International Marketing Director, anticipating the sport's global rise. He then spent over 20 years at Ternua driving international expansion across Europe, Asia, and North America, and served as Board Member & Treasurer of the European Outdoor Group. He now leads the Cluster's global mission to develop padel worldwide.
