Biography
A pioneering leader in global padel, Koji Nakatsuka has transformed Japan into a regional powerhouse since founding the JPA. As a FIP Board Member and Secretary General of Padel Asia, he plays a pivotal role in global governance and the Olympic movement. He is currently spearheading the strategic coordination to include padel in the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games. A fluent bridge between Japanese and Spanish cultures, he is dedicated to the sport’s rapid expansion and elite development across Asia.
