    Biography

    Ben Hanley is a Royal Air Force Flight Lieutenant and the lead for UK Armed Forces Padel, responsible for introducing and developing the sport across the military. Based in Spain within a NATO environment, he operates at the intersection of military, international, and civilian padel communities. Ben works with clubs, brands, and organisations across Europe to grow participation, build partnerships, and create long-term opportunities. His focus is on establishing padel as a recognised and sustainable sport within the armed forces while contributing to its wider global growth.
