PRIORITY POINTS SYSTEM
Padel World Summit uses a priority points system to assign exhibition spaces during the allocation process.
Exhibiting companies can earn points through their participation, investments and visitor acquisition campaigns. Points are awarded for actions such as exhibiting at PWS (5 points), being a member of the International Padel Cluster (5 points), and spending €1,000 at PWS (1 point). Additional points can also be obtained through company mergers and by inviting a higher number of visitors within their category.
HOW TO EARN PRIORITY POINTS
METHOD 1:
Exhibitors can earn priority points through the following actions:
for participating as an exhibitor at PWS
por for being a member of the International Padel Cluster
for every €1,000 spent at PWS
(including exhibition space, meeting rooms, modular stand, sponsorship, etc.)
Ejemplo: Un expositor de PWS que participó en el evento (5 puntos), es miembro de ICP (5 puntos) y ha gastado un total de 7.500 € con PWS (14 puntos) obtendrá un total de 24 puntos de prioridad.
METHOD 2:
Each year, PWS launches a visitor promotion campaign where exhibitors can earn additional points by inviting more visitors within their category. The campaign starts once visitor registration opens
for registering more than 100 attendees
for achieving the top visitor acquisition in your stand size category
< 60m² y ≥ 24m² // < 24m²
- ≥ 100m²
- < 100m² y ≥ 60m²
- < 60m² y ≥ 24m²
- < 24m²
- Exhibitors can also gain priority points through acquisitions or mergers with other exhibiting companies. In such cases, the total points of the company with the higher score are retained, while the lower score is discarded.
